Exile Super Shock

To clarify I used this pre workout with a pump product along with it. That's not to say you couldn't take this on an off day but I probably wouldn't. The energy is very strong but clean, the energy and focus lasted for a good 3-4 hours and slowly tapers off. The reason I would say this isn't a rest day fat burner is for two reasons. One you SWEAT, you will feel hot and that typical "fat burner" feeling that's somewhat uncomfortable and makes you want to work hard. And secondly the only thing I can knock this on is appetite suppression. I usually use a fat burner in the morning to keep me from feeling hungry for a few hours while I'm in class and albeit I used it to work out but I never felt that "I don't need to eat feeling". So for people who are using this to cut for shows and just want to cut some fat in the gym it's perfect but the appetite suppression was disappointing to me.
