Shipping Policy

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before using the www.socalsupps.com website (the “Service”) operated by SoCal Supplements, LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Turnaround

If all of the product is in stock at our store at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

If we do not have the product in stock at our store at the time the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 24 hours of the time the products arrive at our store Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm and Saturday, 8am – 2pm. This is the case with any products listed as "not in stock" but may be "backordered".

Most shipments should arrive within 5 days of the placement of the order, depending on the recipient’s location.

Carriers

We use the following carriers and services to deliver our orders:

  • USPS - Priority Mail (Free on $50 orders and over)
  • USPS - Priority Mail Express
  • USPS - First Class International

Order Tracking

We will update your order with your USPS tracking information as soon as your order is packed. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total price of your order. The charge is $8.99 for purchases up to $49.99. Free Priority Mail Shipping is automatically calculated for orders $50 and over. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to, as well as to upgrade your shipping if you choose to.

Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery

Any lost or stolen packages after delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to help but we cannot be held accountable in these situations.

Domestic Shipping

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on SoCalSupps.com.

International Shipping

Some countries have a customs charge and it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay to receive the package. Custom fees, such as this, are not included with delivery service paid on SoCalSupps.com. The recipient is 100% responsible if customs claims or destroys any order. SoCalSupps.com will only make refunds for unopened products (i.e., products in sell-able condition) that are received back to us, and will not make refunds for any shipping charges.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order, we will wait to ship you your entire order until the product is in, unless the item will not be in within a few days. In such case, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back order item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is unopened and still in salable condition
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

The cost of shipping on your order is non-refundable, even if a product is returned unopened.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are also non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from SoCalSupps.com.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Customer must notify us within one business day of delivery to ensure replacement or credit.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
