To clarify I used this as a pre workout with a pump product along side it for the best effect. And it really delivered, the energy and focus are absolutely tunnel vision and the appetite suppression is top notch, I normally don't eat for two hours pre workout, lift for 2 hours and by then I'm usually starving. With this I had to force myself to take down a protein shake post workout. I would happily take this each morning since I normally don't get a chance to eat for a few hours when I'm in class. I used my second serving for this exact purpose. Woke up for classes at 7 am took this and got out of class at 2:30 normally I'm starving by 12 or 1 but I've never made it to 3 without feeling hungry. Secondly this is an amazing nootropic, if you use it like I did for study sessions or classes you will be on top of everything, focus is amazing and both physical and mental energy are great. Best fat burner I've ever tried. Worth the money by far.
So far this product seems to be helping. I have changed my diet and have been taking one at breakfast and one at lunch. It does not make me feel jittery. I have good energy throughout the day. Will add to this review at the end of the month to see how much weight has been lost.
